Oats and dry fruit mixed curd

#toc2 The oats dry fruit mixed curd is Super healthy ,yummy recipe that is full of fiber and rich in lots of nutrients.also helpful in weight loss .and the best part is that you can make it one time and store it for a month.it is a premix which needed no cooking .

Ingredient

1 cup

makhana

2 tbsp

almonds

2 tbsp

flax seeds

1 cup

curd

1/2 tsp

black salt

1/2 tsp

regular salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First roughly chopped almonds and take all ingredients together

* Step 2

Take a pan add 1/4 tsp clarified butter then add oats and roast it for 3-4 minute on low flame.when the aroma comes and oats are roasted well transfer into a plate.now add remaining ghee in the pan add makhana and roast it until they turn crunchy.turn off the flame and transfer roasted Makhana in a plate.

* Step 3

Now take a mixing bowl add curd whisk it nicely.then add all the spices mention above then add roasted oats,makhana and almonds.give a good mix.enjoy the nutritious curd in breakfast and feel healthy.
