It is perfect for kids lunch box. Just pack the paneer paratha with a side dish that includes achar, raita or curd. It makes for a great breakfast or brunch option but can also be served for lunch or dinner
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take wheat flour in a bowl add salt and 1 tsp oil.mix well.add gradually water and make a soft dough.cover and keep aside for ten minutes. Take paneer and add all spices along with onion,green chilli and little salt.mix well.
* Step 2
Make medium size balls from the dough.take one ball press from the edges and make space in the middle and put the paneer stuffing in the middle and seal the edges.
* Step 3
Dust some flour on the rolling board and roll the paratha.heat a pan and cooked the paratha from one side for a minute then flip it add little bit oil and cooked from both side until they turn golden.serve with mint raita or pickles.
