Patta gobhi matar sabzi

This is one of my favourite sabzi .I cooked cabbage with matar and skip potatoes in this and it's taste is very nice.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First cut and wash the cabbage keep aside to strain the water.
* Step 2
Take a pressure cooker to add oil heat it adds cumin seeds when it splutters adds chopped onion saute until it turns light brown. Add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste saute few seconds add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. add all powder spices along with salt then cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 3
Now add green peas mix well add little water and cook for 4-5 minutes. now add cabbage and mix them cover and pressure cook for one whistle on medium flame. release the pressure naturally. open the lid and cook openly on high flame until the water evaporates stir occasionally and when oil release turns off the flame. the sabzi is ready to serve with roti or paratha.
