Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the fish well remove inwards and scrape the scales.Then make a three slit back to back of the fish. To absorbs the flavour.
* Step 2
Place in an alluminum.plate then rub the garlic and tauci all over the fish.
* Step 3
Boil water in the steamer and steam for 12 mins.When done remove the cover and pour oil before serving.
