Spring onion sabzi

#GA4 #week11 #greenonion Healthy and tasty green onion sabzi is easy to cook and very tasty.Make this delicious spring onion sabzi or hare pyaz ki sabzi and enjoy the winter.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash the green onion chopped them and separate the white and green leafy part chop tomatoes, Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces, chop the garlic and green chillies finely.

* Step 2

In a kadhai heat oil add cumin seeds when they crackle add garlic and green chillies. Saute few seconds then add a white part of the onion. stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add potatoes cook for 2 minutes. Then add tomatoes and all the powder spices along with salt.mix together cover and cook on medium flame untill tomato turns soft.it takes 3-4 minutes.

* Step 3

Now tomatoes have softened and the oil released add the green part of the spring onion mix very well with spices. Cook it on medium flame. Stir occasionally and cook it without cover for 8-10 minutes. The delicious sabzi is ready to serve.
