Surti plaza is one of the very famous Gujarati cuisine recipe which is very easy to make as well as requires very less time to cook is well.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take green peas and put in mixer jar and grind coarsely.transfer in a bowl. Take green chilli and garlic and crushed them into mortal and pestle.keep aside
* Step 2
In a mixing bowl take flour add salt and oil mix well then add some water knead it and make a semi soft dough.cover and keep aside.in a bowl take 1 tsp flour add water and make a slurry.keep it aside.
* Step 3
In a pan add 1 tsp oil heat it add cumin seeds, asafoetida and crushed garlic chilli.saute then add coconut, curry leaves,chat masala and dry mango powder.mix all well.turn off the flame and transfer in a plate.allow to cool it.
* Step 4
Now make small size balls from the dough.roll it medium thick circle.make two disc. put 2 tsp stuffing in it one part.apply slurry on the edges and cover with second disc.now cut all the edges with a sharp knife to give a squre shape.make all like this.
* Step 5
Now take a fork and give impression on the edges. Heat oil in a kadhai put the prepare Surti plaza in hot oil fry them on low to medium flame untill they turn golden brown on all sides.transfer in a plate
* Step 6
Now cut the fry Surti plaza in the middle dip each piece in tomato ketchup then sprinkle sev.serve with green chuney.
