This dish is delightful preparation of crispy noodles served with vegetables and a tangy sauce. It is colorful to look with a nice texture, crispy and soft to eat with sweet, salt and sour flavours.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, in a wok add two cups water and little salt add 1 tsp oil and boil it. When water is boiling add noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Then strain it and keep aside.
* Step 2
Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil then add boiled noodles.arrange it in between the pan with a ladle.pan fry for two minutes then flip it carefully add 1 tbsp oil to fry on other side.then transfer into a bowl.
* Step 3
Now take a wok or pan add 2 tbsp oil heat it then add cabbage, capsicum,carrot and onion.toss them 2 minutes on high flame.then add Schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup. Add 1 cup water mix well. Take corn flour add water and make a slurry then add this into pan.add salt as taste, sprinkle chilli flakes and pepper powder.mix well
* Step 4
When it comes a boil turn off the flame.quickly transfer this veggies sauce into the noodles bowl and serve hot.
