Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and chopped the methi leaves and keep in a strainer to remove excess water

* Step 2

In a mixing bowl take whole wheat flour and besan.add salt, garam masala powder,grated ginger,green chillies and oil mix gently. Then add methi leaves and add water, Knead it and make a soft dough.cover and keep aside for ten minutes.

* Step 3

Take some portion and make a medium size ball, roll it.heat the pan put some oil on it and cook the paratha both side.
