Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl take suji add crushed fenugreek leaves,salt then add 3 tsp oil.Mix well and knead it with water to make a soft dough like roti.and cover it and leave it for 10 minutes.

* Step 2

After ten minutes knead again the dough for 3-4 times and then divided the dough in to small balls.Take one ball and roll it like roti as 1 inch thickness.and cut this with cookie cutter or as desired shape.

* Step 3

Now in a kadhai heat the oil and fry these snacks on medium heat untill become light golden brown.
