Oil free Nutrella kabab

#myhealthykitchen It's a healthy and tasty kabab without oil.lets try this😊

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First we washed nutri nuggets and chana Dal and put them into pressure cooker. Add whole spices, ginger and garlic and 1/2 tsp red chilli powder salt and dry red chiilies.add 1/2 cup water and cover the lid. After one whistle cook on medium flame for 3-4 whistles then turn the flame and release the pressure naturally.

* Step 2

Now cool the mixture and grind it into mixer grinder to make corsely ground paste.transfer into a bowl.add chooped onion,green chilli,chopped mint leaves,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,cumin powder, and salt.

* Step 3

Mix all the ingredients very well and take some mixture in hand to make medium size ball and give a shape of kabab.

* Step 4

Preheat the oven on 200 degree and baked all kababs for 12-15 minutes.

* Step 5

Serve the zero oil kabab hot
