Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl take maida and add ghee and mix well with your fingers and add water to make a soft dough. And keep aside for ten minutes.

* Step 2

Heat a pan and saute mawa in it for 3-4 minutes. Switch off the flame and cool the mawa.

* Step 3

Add cardamom powder,sugar,and all chopped dry fruits in mawa to make a stuffing.

* Step 4

Then make small round balls from the dough and make a cup-like-space in the balls to fill the sumptuous stuffing. After adding the filling seal corners in such a way that it secures the stuffing.

* Step 5

Now bake all gujhiyas in a pre heated oven on 200°for 16-18 minutes.
