California Farm Honey Roasted Lamb Ribs

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinade lamb in milk overnight. Rinse, dry. Bake: Brush whole slab with half the honey soy ginger mix on both sides, wrap tightly with aluminum foil, lay in one or two baking pans in preheated 325F degree oven, bake 3 hours, meat side down.
* Step 2
Finish: Remove from oven, remove aluminum foil, turn oven up to 450F degrees, cut slab in individual ribs, lay on baking pan, meaty side up, brush meaty side with other half of honey soy ginger mix. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, bake to golden crisp, under 5 minutes. Serve. Enjoy.
