Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil sago in 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes. Strain and rinse with water. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Heat a pan, add ghee and add grated carrot. Roast 2 minutes in ghee on low heat.
* Step 3
Add milk. Cook on medium flame till carrot is soft.
* Step 4
Add chopped dry fruits and milk powder. Give the mixture a good mix.
* Step 5
Add boiled sago and sugar.Cook till desired consistency.
* Step 6
Put off flame and add vanilla essence. Mix well.
* Step 7
Take out in serving bowl and garnish with chopped dry fruits. Carrot -sago dessert is ready to be served. Serve it warm or chilled as you desire.
