Peanut -coconut chutney without tempering

Ingredient

1/4 cup

peanuts

1 tsp

urad dal

1 tbsp

chana dal

as required

Few curry leaves

1 tbsp

lemon juice

As per taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast all the ingredients,except salt and mustard seeds.

* Step 2

Grind to a smooth paste.Take out in a bowl.Add lemon juice and salt,mix well. Add mustard seeds.

* Step 3

Here the chutney is served without tempering.Serve with your desired snacks,idli,dosa etc.
