Watermelon Eggless Pudding

Ingredient

milk

3 tbsp

cornstar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut water melon into cubes and remove the seeds.Crush them to a paste.Keep aside.

Take corn starch in a bowl,add some water to make a smooth paste.Keep aside.

Heat milk in a pan,add cornflour,stirring continuously.Add sugar.Cook till thick.Add watermelon pulp and food colour.When large bubbles are seen,put off flame.

* Step 4

Transfer the mixture to moulds.Cool to room temperature.Put in fridge over night.

Demould next day.

Serve chilled.
