Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak moong dal for 1 hour.Drain and put in a grinding jar,add ginger,green chillies and grind to a smooth paste.
* Step 2
Take out in a bowl and whisk for 3-4minutes to give a smooth texture to the batter.If required,add a little water.Leave for 5 minutes.
* Step 3
Take curd in a bowl.Add salt and sugar.Blend to smooth.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a pan,fry vadas on medium heat till light golden.Take out and put in a bowl of water Leave for 10 minutes.
* Step 5
Squeeze the vadas between your palms,arrange in a serving plate and pou the curd over it.Garnish with red chilli powder and cumin powder.
