Sewai Custard Falooda

Ingredient
Food ration :
4 persons
Cooking time :
10 minutes.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil milk.Add vermicelli and cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 2
Dissolve custard powder in 1/4cup cold milk.Add to warm milk.Add sugar also.
* Step 3
Stir continously and cook till thick.Put off flame and keep aside.
* Step 4
In half cup water,add badil seeds and leave for 5 minutes till seeds are soft.
* Step 5
Assembling of serving cup/glass.
* Step 6
In a serving glass add 1 tbsp basil seeds,add vermicelli seeds and some chopped fruits.Repeat the process for 2-3times till glass is full.
* Step 7
Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
