Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan, add ghee, heat it. Lower the flame, add vermicelli & nuts, stir fry it until light brown.
* Step 2
Side by side heat milk, take out 1 cup lukewarm milk. Boil the rest. Mix custard powder with lukewarm milk. Keep aside.
* Step 3
Add boiled milk in the vermicelli, mix it well. Cook it on high flame until a lil thick. Keep stirring.
* Step 4
In goes sugar, keep stirring. Now add strained custard mix into the vermicelli, mix it well. Cook it until lil thick.
* Step 5
Turn off the flame, take out in a serving dish, allow it to cool down. Keep it in the fridge overnight.
* Step 6
Garnish it with some badam or pista or kaju..serve it chilled.
