I have made a very simple potato recipe ... This is quite common in household...
Easytocook , comforting recipe.. Can be served along with Poori & Paratha... Flavour of Panchphoren makes it unique... Hope you ll like it ..

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pressure cooker,add oil, heat it.
* Step 2
Turn off the flame,(to avoid burning) add Panchphoren, let it splutter.
* Step 3
Add haldi powder, now add aloo immediately, turn on the flame, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 4
Add ginger garlic, stir fry it until rawness is released.
* Step 5
In goes tomato 🍅, also add salt, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 6
Now add red chilli powder & dhania powder, stir fry it for 2 minutes.
* Step 7
Add in garam masala powder, stir fry it until oil has oozed out.
* Step 8
Add 1 cup water now, give a stir. Place the lid, give 3 whistles on high flame.
* Step 9
Lower the flame, cook it for 7 minutes. Turn off the flame, allow it to depressurise naturally.
* Step 10
Open the lid after 10 minutes. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
