Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, add maida.
* Step 2
Now add salt, sugar, baking soda, baking powder & yeast, or dahi. Mix it well.
* Step 3
Add milk slowly, knead a soft dough. Cover it with the lid, rest it for 15 minutes.
* Step 4
Open the lid, brush some oil, knead it again. Cover it again rest it for 2 hours.
* Step 5
Dust some maida on the rolling board, make a log, cut equal portions from the dough, make smooth balls.
* Step 6
Roll it in oval shape or any other shape, make Naan.
* Step 7
Brush very Lil butter onto the Naan, add garlic & dhania patta, roll it again evenly.
* Step 8
Take an iron tawa, heat it. Brush water thoroughly on the other side of Naan, place it over the Tawa water side down.
* Step 9
Cook it for 2 minutes, naan will become puffy. Turn the Tawa, cook the garlic side over the flame until golden brown. Do not overcook it.
* Step 10
Take out in a serving dish with the help of a spatula, brush some butter.
* Step 11
Can be served along with the very exotic Butter Chicken or any veg curry.
* Step 12
For Yeast... Take a bowl, add lukewarm water, add 1 tsp sugar & yeast, mix well. Keep it for 15 minutes then add in the flour.
