Christmas Ginger Wine

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put 2 bottles of water on the stove & boil with the whole chilis for 10 minutes. Remove chilis.

* Step 2

Add all the above ingredients - **except Citric Acid** Stir sugar. Boil for a little while.

* Step 3

Add remaining water and keep it on low flame till it becomes half the quantity. Remove.

* Step 4

Strain and then Cool completely.

* Step 5

Add the Citric Acid.

* Step 6

It can be stored in glass wine bottles. Airtight with screw tops.
