Sweet potato burfi / shakarkandi burfi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Start by peeling 2 medium sized sweet potato
* Step 2
Grate the sweet potato
Next in a pan add 1 tbsp ghee
* Step 3
Add the grated sweet potato and cook until it softnes
Once helf cooked add 1 cup milk
* Step 4
Once fully cooked Add 1 tsp fresh cream,add 3/4 tbsp sugar according to taste since sweet potato is already sweet mix well
* Step 5
Add food colour, 25 g milk powder Mix well and continue to cook on low medium flame
* Step 6
Cook until mixture leaves the sides of the pan then turn off the flame
Transfer into a parchment lined tray
* Step 7
Spread evenly garnish with cashew and almond then refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until it sets
Once it sets completely, cut into smaller pieces
* Step 8
Served sweet potato burfi
