Cooking instructions

* Step 1

The mix beans and grains were soaked for 6 hours. Then they were kept for sprouting overnight.

* Step 2

Grind sprouts together with ginger and green chillies. Take gram flour, grounded sprouts and spices in a big bowl. Mix well and make a batter using water. Add chopped coriander and the batter is ready

* Step 3

Grease pancake skillet, pour 1 tbsp batter in each well.. Cook from both the sides. Serve hot with your favourite dip..
