Date Dry fruits Laddoo

dates

1/2 cup

almonds

1/2 cup

cashews

2 tbsp

raisins

1 tbsp

pistachios

1/2 tbsp

poppy seeds

1/2 tsp

fennel seeds

strands

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast almonds, cashews and pistachios in a deep bottom pan. Set them aside for cooling. Dry roast coconut and poppy seeds too.

* Step 2

To the same pan, add dates and heat them until soft. Knead or blend the dates in a blender. Remove the blended dates in a big bowl.

* Step 3

To blended dates, add raisins, coconut, cardamom, fennel, saffron strands and crushed roasted nuts.

* Step 4

Mix the mixture well and make laddoos..Grease your palms and make it or use two spoons to make the laddoos
