Brownie Cake

#boxweek8 Easy, quick and fuss free microwave brownie cake which gets ready in just 4 minutes..

Ingredient

Food ration :

8-10 servings

sour curd

1/4 tsp

baking soda

1/2 cup

hot water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Seive together maida, cocoa powder and baking soda. Keep aside.

* Step 2

Take oil or melted butter in another bowl. Mix powdered sugar with it well. Add vanilla essence and curd (If you don't have curd, replace it with buttermilk.Take 3 tbsp milk and add 1/2-1 tsp vinegar.Mix and leave for a few minutes to curdle). Give a good stir. Add 1/2 cup hot water also

* Step 3

Mix the dry and wet ingredients together. Mix as if no lumps are formed. Don't over mix. Add chopped walnuts and fold. Grease a baking tin well and spread the mixture/batter evenly. I took my lunch box. Sprinkle some walnuts at the top.

* Step 4

Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Cut and serve hot/cold with chocolate ice cream and drizzle of chocolate sauce

* Step 5

If using wheat flour, bake on convection mode.. Preheated oven.. 200 degrees for 15minutes.If not in microwave, can be cooked in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 18-20 minutes...Similar time in a preheated cooker
