Boondi ke Ladoo/Motichoor Ladoo

Boondi laddoo are made of gramflour boondis where as when these sugar coated boondis are grinded and then laddoos are made.. It's motichoor laddoo..Moti(boondi)+choor(grinded)
I still remember being a kid my only reason to visit Ganesha temple was these laddoos
Ingredient

9-10 laddoos

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make sugar syrup of one string consistency from the above ingredients for sugar syrup.
* Step 2
Make a smooth flowing batter using besan, saffron and 3/4 cup water.Make a lump free batter.Heat ghee in a pan (it should be just moderately hot... Boiling ni)
* Step 3
Take ladle full of batter, pour over perforated spoon or jhara.Fry the boondis till golden... Don't let it crisp (it will take just 45 seconds or a minute to fry them).
* Step 4
Use another jhara, to remove the boondi from ghee.Add the boondi to sugar syrup (garam hona chahiye syrup). Let the boondis soak the syrup.
* Step 5
For making laddoos, Grind the boondis in grinder, adding 1 tbsp hot water (don't pulse more nahi to laddoo shape nahi lenge)
* Step 6
In the grounded boondis add melon seeds (magaj ke beej) and pista slivers
grease ghee on the palm.. Laddoo bana lijiye
(This proportion makes around 10 laddoos
