A very healthy recipe.. Full of flavors

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak urad dal + chana dal + moong dal in night. Drain water and grind it to a coarse paste with ginger and green chillies.

* Step 2

Empty the contents in a big bowl and add chopped onions and coriander. Add salt,red chilli powder, freshly crushed dhaniya / coriander seeds, jeera / cumin powder, hing and garam masala.

* Step 3

Mix well and deep fry vadas in hot oil till crisp golden brown at low flame can be made in appe pan too.
