Ingredient

Food ration :

6 servings
2 cups

watermelon

1 cup

grapes

1/2 cup

kiwi

1/2 tsp

black salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

2 cups of watermelon+ 1 cup grapes + 1/2 cup kiwi + a tsp of beetroot. Grind them together in a jar. If you wish to add sugar, add in 1 tbsp sugar. Seive the juice.. To the seived juice, add in 1/2 tsp black salt, pinch of jeera powder, a tsp lemon juice and mix well.

* Step 2

Fill in the Popsicle moulds and deep freeze for 5-6 hours. For demoulding, keep it in water.. Demould slowly and enjoy every bit of it😋
