Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the ingredients well for the top, bottom layer. The batter should be way we make idli.. I have made it in a pancake skillet. Idli batter + chopped coriander + green chillies. Pour a ladle each in the greased pancake well and grill from both the sides. Prepare all pancakes like this....

The middle layer, It's besan and vegetable cheela 1 cup besan + salt as per taste + chopped onions + coriander+ turmeric powder + red chilli powder + chopped tomato +grated carrots. Make the batter using water. Make cheela in the same greased pancake skillet. Keep it aside.

Spread mayonnaise over one white pancake, keep cheela in middle, upper layer spread with schezwan chutney

Make a sandwich and serve with sprinkle of cheese 😊
