Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove the skin from the baby potatoes. Prick it with fork and deep fry them in hot oil at medium flame till golden brown.
* Step 2
Fry all potatoes and keep aside.
* Step 3
Take just a tsp oil heat it Then crackle jeera and add hing.
* Step 4
Add sugar and serve hot with parathas with sprinkle of chopped coriander
* Step 5
Put turmeric powder, red chilli powder and potatoes. Sprinkle salt and give a good mix.
