Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat butter in a pan. Crackle jeera and mustard seeds in it. Add hing.
* Step 2
Add chopped garlic and cook until they get brown.
* Step 3
Now add turmeric, and chopped methi. Also add red chilli powder and salt. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for few minutes.
* Step 4
After Methi gets cooked and reduced, add dal.
* Step 5
Mix well and serve hot with parathas
