Oxtail Stew in Black Beer 黑啤燉牛尾

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Fry the oxtails into golden color in a big pot
* Step 3
Take out the oxtails first and melt the butter in the pot
* Step 4
Fry the onion and season with 1 TABLEspoon oregano, 0.5 TABLEspoon black pepper, 1 TABLEspoon thyme and garlic for 5 mins until soften
* Step 5
Add 3 TABLEspoon tomato puree and mix well
* Step 7
Add carrot and 3 bay leaves, and mix well
* Step 8
Add beer and boil for 6 mins
* Step 9
Add water until it fully covers ingredients
* Step 10
Add 2 teaspoon of salt and 2 thumb-sized rock sugar, and boil
* Step 11
Cover the pot; turn to low heat and cook for 1 hour
* Step 12
Taste and season with salt if necessary, and cook for 2 more hours
* Step 13
Add parsley before serving
* Step 14
Potatoes could be added one hour prior to completion
