Smoked Paneer Sandwich
It's very easy to make .
And very healthy brkfast or any tea time snacks .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a large bowl add cubes Paneer, add Curd, mayonnaise,herbs, boiled corn,salt, black pepper powder, mix it well.
* Step 2
Now leave charcoal and 1 teaspoon ghee,and cover the lid for 4 to 5 minutes to perfect Smokey flavor.
* Step 3
Apply butter on bread and add spread the paneer stuffing. Cook for both side 2 minutes. Like Golden brown.
* Step 4
And serve with green Chutney or tomato sauce.
