Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl Add maida, salt, oil and mix it almost 5 minutes, 1/2 cup water knead a soft dough. Rest for 30 minutes.

* Step 2

Now Take a kadai add oil and add ginger garlic paste saute for 2 minutes.

* Step 3

Now add onion, cabbage, carrot, saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Add to Black pepper powder, salt and mix it well. Now turn off flame.

* Step 4

Now take a dough and cut into the small balls.Roll thin side and 1 teaspoon stuffing and cover it.

* Step 5

Steam for 10 mins on medium flame.Cool down at room temperature.

* Step 6

Another bowl and curd, haldi powder, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, kasuri mehti, garam masala, salt and mix it well like smooth paste.

* Step 7

Now add steam Momo's are coat. Marinate almost 1 hour.

* Step 8

After 1 hour Take a non-stick tawa add oil and marinate Momos fry both sides.

* Step 9

Transfer the Momos on the plate and serve with chutney or any dip.

* Step 10

Now it's ready to eat.
