Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Be ready with all the ingredients.
* Step 2
Soak the dry fruits i.e almonds, cashews, pistachio, anjeer, raisins, and walnuts in water for 15 minutes.
* Step 3
Heat ghee in a pan. Fry the chopped paneer cubes until it turns golden from all sides. Keep it aside.
* Step 4
In the same pan fry the dry coconut slices till little brown. Once fried keep aside.
* Step 5
Now in the same pan add the soaked dry fruits and melon seeds. Fry it in the ghee for a minute and transfer to the plate. In the same pan add sugar, cardamom powder, few saffron,s and dry ginger powder. Stir for a while.
* Step 6
Add 1/2 cup water and stir continuously till the sugar gets dissolved completely. Add the fried nuts dry fruits, paneer, and dry coconut slices also. Saute for 2 minutes. Switch off the gas.
* Step 7
Serve it hot or cold garnish with and chopped strawberries and enjoy.
