For paneer masala

Take oil in a pan or Kadai. Add onion, and chili sauté for a few minutes then add ginger garlic paste sauté until the ginger garlic paste raw smell goes away.

Now add chopped tomatoes mix them well, and cook few minutes. Then add all the spices ingredients, salt, and 1/4 cup water and cook it for 5 minutes. Once the water is reduced now add in cubed paneer mix it well and fry it few minutes. Then add tomato sauce mix it and turn off the flame.

Take each spring roll sheet just touch the corner with sides and in the center add a tablespoon of stuffing and flip one side then set the stuffing and flip another side on it now flip the bottom part that looks like an envelope now tightly roll it upwards. gradually prepare all in a similar fashion. Take oil in Kadhai while it’s hot add rolls in one batch once it turns golden on both sides remove it.
