Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Keep a tawa on medium heat and pour the dosa batter on it. Spread its in circular motion and give the shape of a dosa.

Beat an egg in a bowl. Add salt to it now pour the egg mixture on the dosa and sprinkle the pepper powder on the top.

Pour a few drops of ghee or oil around the dosa. Now turn the dosa to the other side.

Once cooked from both sides. Your egg dosa is ready to be served. Enjoy it hot with some coconut or tomato chutney.
