Homemade sprouted Hummus

#WM2 #week2 #hummus recipe #cookpad Home-made sprouted hummus, made with chickpeas, garlic, lemon, and plenty of extra virgin olive oil. sprouted chickpeas actually do blend into a super creamy, fluffy hummus.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Rinse the chickpeas well and dump them into the insert of your pressure cooker add 1cup of water close the lid pressure cook for 4whistle. Turn off the flame.

* Step 2

Then drain the chickpeas, and pour them into a blender or a food processor. Add the garlic, lemon juice salt tahini, olive oil, and water as well as any other flavoring s or seasoning you like. Process until completely smooth.

* Step 3

Serve the hummus immediately or store it in the fridge for up to one 1week.
