Pandan agar agar milk
Pandan is a leaf that is used in dessert or savory dishes in the Southeast Asia countries like the Philippines to name a few. The Pandan leaf is not usually eaten but flavors the food and has an incredibly sweet and mild aroma. The milk is made by pandan , coconut agar agar , Tapioca , sabja seed and condensed milk .It is very tasty and yummy drinks .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak 2gms insufficient quantity of water for 10 minutes. To dissolve the strips add 2cup of water boil at stirring continuously. Once completely dissolved add sugar, pandan extract to taste. Then add coconut milk to it and mix well. Then pour the mixture into a mould and set it at room temperature and then refrigerate for long shelf life.
* Step 2
Cooking the tapioca pearls is so easy to do. Just boil water in a deep pan and when it starts boiling rapidly, pour the tapioca pearls and continuously stir it to prevent the pearls from sticking together. After about 10-15 minutes the tapioca pearls are cooked. You only need the cooked tapioca pearls so completely drain all the water from the pan. Let it cool.
* Step 3
Boil milk set aside. Take a large mixing bowl and add milk, condensed milk, tapioca, sabja seed mix well. Then cut the agar agar cube size Pour into the milk mix well. Chill the pandan milk 1hour before serving.
