Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grate ol kopi and keep aside.
* Step 2
Heat mustard oil in a kadai.
* Step 4
Once it splutters add the grated ol kopi and the diced potatoes. Add ginger paste.
* Step 5
Now add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar, salt, garam masala and stir well. Add water. Cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes until oil separates.
* Step 6
Add a dollop of ghee and serve hot with steamed rice.
