5 ingredient Peshawari Namkeen Boti
This dish is best in mutton or lamb meat, it’s give full of flavour. Very easy to made with less ingredients and step. Mostly people made this dish on Eid ul Adha in big quantity. This dish take some time to cook on slow heat but the end result is so delicious and juicy.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly heat butter or oil in a pan, sauté garlic and cumin couple of seconds (remember garlic don’t turn brown) (this step is important to enhance the taste)
* Step 2
Add mutton and edible fat, fry on high heat for a minute, add rest of the ingredients & cook on slow heat (if you wish you can add splash of water too at this point but it’s optional, it’s cook well & juicy with fat)
* Step 3
When meat is tender, garnish with green chilli and julienne cut ginger, serve hot with salad. (Some ppl serve with naan or bread but my husband love to eat with salad)
