1/2 tsp

Preheat oven at 180C

Mashed banana in a bowl,set aside

In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients,set aside

In another large separate bowl beat butter & sugar until light & fluffy

Add an egg one at a time beat it well after every addition

* Step 6

Add mashed banana with vanilla mix it well

Now fold all dry ingredients

Fold with soft hand

Pour mixture in cupcakes liners

Bake it for 25-30 minutes at 180C or until toothpick instered comes out clean

Let it cool on wire rack
