Alu(Colocasia) ki bhaji
This sweet & sour sabji from Maharashtrian cuisine is very tasty & healthy. Rich in fiber,& vitamin A which helps in vision.Goes well with bhakri, roti, rice #SSP

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove veins & wash & chop colocasia,
* Step 2
Add chana dal, peanuts, potato, muli. Add some water.Pressure cook for 4 vessels.
* Step 3
In pan add oil, rai, hing. Add pressure cooked colocasia, haldi, mirchi powder, masala, salt, jaggery, tamarind pulp.
* Step 4
Make paste of besan & add to sabji. Boil it for 5 minutes
