Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In kadai add 1 t. spoon. ghee, Add 1/4 t. so. chilli powder. Roast makhana for 4-5 minutes. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Chop onion, tomato, green chilies,, coriander
* Step 3
In bowl add onion, tomato, green chilies, makhana. Mix well. Add sev, aamchur powder; chat masala. Mix properly. Garnish with coriander
