Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make tight dough of flour, salt, oil.

* Step 2

In pan add oil, rai. Add curry leaves, chilies.Add onion, tomato. Saute it.Add haldi powder,,potatoes, salt.Cook 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander.

* Step 3

Heat oil in kadai.Make small balls from dough. Roll pooris, fry.
