Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead tight dough of flour, salt & oil.

* Step 2

In pan add oil, rai, chilies, curry leaves. Saute 2-3 minutes

* Step 3

Add haldi powder, potatoes, salt. Mix well. Cook 5 minutes.

* Step 4

Make small balls of from dough. Roll puris,& fry
