Whole wheat flour Momos with chutney

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead dough of wheat flour

* Step 2

In pan pan add 1 t. spoon. oil. Add garlic. saute.

* Step 3

Add veggies.Saute it.

* Step 4

Add soya, chilli, schezwan sauce. Saute it.Add cheese.

* Step 5

Roll small puris of dough. Place stuffing. Give,shape.

* Step 6

Steam it for 15-20 minutes.

* Step 7

Chutney_Boil tomaties, red chilies

* Step 8

Heat 1 t,spoon. oil. Add chopped garlic.Saute.

* Step 9

Add puree, vinegar, soya, sauce, chilli flakes, orregano.Cook 4-5 minutes.To make it thick add 1/2 t,spoon. cornflour
