Mushroom Pepper Fry
Mushroom Pepper fry is an easy and delicious side dish or starter from Southern India. Mushroom and bell peppers are a nice combination .Bell peppers gives a nice crunch with soft juicy mushrooms.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Taken 200 gms of Mushrooms
* Step 2
Peel off the outer layer of the Mushroom skin and cut into pieces
* Step 3
For Masala Powder. In a Mixi Jar, Add 1 Tsp Pepper, 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds, 1/2 Tsp Fennel Seeds
* Step 4
Grind it into a Fine Powder
* Step 7
Once the Ghee melts, Add 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
* Step 8
Once the Mustard splutters, add 2 Red chillis
* Step 9
Add 3 nos. of Chopped Garlic pods, Chopped Ginger, Chopped 2 medium size Onions
* Step 11
Add 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder, Curry Leaves
* Step 12
Saute well the Onions for 2 Mins
* Step 14
Add Freshly Grinded Masala Powder, Salt to taste
* Step 15
Saute and Cook it for 5 Mins
* Step 18
Add Now Our Mushroom Pepper Fry is Ready to Serve
