Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First cut the head and tail of okra then make a slit in between as shown in video

* Step 2

Now drizzle plenty of lemon πŸ‹ juice on okra then fill the slit with any achar masala plus red chilli powder

* Step 3

Heat oil crackle zeera in it add the okra and fry until crisp add the tamarind pulp as per taste and season it by adjusting salt πŸ§‚ you may add whole green chillies if you like

* Step 4

At this stage stir and serve
