Plain boiled rice 🍚

#mentorship Rice is the second staple food of Pakistan .In hot summer rice is the only dish eatan in our home 🏠 in lunch we prefer boiled rice with daal ,any left over gravy or even with youghrt only

Ingredient

2 cups

Rice

1/2 tsp

Vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

The tip to make rice each grain separate and long is to pre soaked for about 20-25 min

* Step 2

Bubble boil the water add salt in it add the soaked rice in it add vinegar in it to make it super fluffy

* Step 3

When rice is not fully done strain them add ghee to the strained rice and let it dum for 5minutes

* Step 4

Yeah open the lid and the aroma of rice will make your whole house so delighted enjoy with your choice of companion I prefer it with masoor ki daal so here I have it
